Across the country and in Minnesota, many local governments have begun to address policies, procedures, and programs that may be having disparate impacts on communities of color. Kevin Frazell, Director of Member Services at the League of Minnesota Cities, Gordon Goodwin, Midwest Regional Director for the Government Alliance on Race and Equity (GARE), and several local government managers will share their framework and the steps they are taking to advance racial equity.
